This would include contested child’s care and control and access matters, maintenance and division of matrimonial assets, family disputes.

We are highly effective in assisting in discovery and disclosure of assets by an unwilling spouse, or family member.

In certain instances, we work with forensic accountants and valuers in establishing the true value and existence of the assets including cases involving dissipation and no disclosure by the opposing party. This would include company assets and transactions disposed at undervalue.
